0011: FSW OPEN

Defective joystick or toggle switch at the platform control station.

1. Using the JLG analyzer, scroll through the following menus to the menu item at the end. The menu item should read as stated beside it. DIAGNOSTICS: DRIVE/STEER

A. Verify the Drive Output is showing 0%.

B. Verify the Steer Output is showing 0%.

2. If either Drive or Steer output is showing a percentage other than 0%, the Drive/Steer joystick is defective and will need replaced.

3. Using the JLG analyzer,scroll through the following menus to the menu item at the end. The menu item should read as stated beside it. DIAGNOSTICS: BOOM FUNCTIONS

A. Verify that all boom function outputs are showing 0%.

4. If any Boom Function output is showing a percentage other than 0%, the function switch or joystick is defective and will need replaced.
