Recently I needed some parts for my Genie TMZ 50-30 and saw your online sales and called to order. I spoke with "Frank" who walked me through the options and did some extra homework to pin down my needs. When I got my package a couple of days later, only half of one of the switch I ordered was included. I called back after speaking with a very courteous person, and got back to Frank again. While I called late in the day, at 10AM the next morning Fed EX drove in with the second half of my switch and all worked to perfection.
Dealing the public can be difficult at times, so I wanted to make sure someone knows how much I appreciated working with Frank. It wasn't the speed of the help as much as it was the attitude. In today's world, it isn't often customer service is aptly named. I want to thank you for making me believe there are still some decent reps out there. Thanks so much!
