Compact Excavator Sales LLC (CES) opened their
doors in the Spring of 1994. At that time, the company consisted of one
salesman and a very small warehouse. CES president, Mike Smith's week
consisted of constant travel to see potential dealers and rental houses
all over the Southeast. After nine years, the business has advanced
into a new league of operation. We now maintain a large inventory of excavators
and crawlers carriers, stocking 100 to 250 excavators depending on the
time of year. Inventory includes everything from 4-post 7Js to 80NXs with
cabs.
The Parts Department has grown to match this
inventory and number of units in the field . This department started with
a few rows of shelves consisting of filters and necessities to keep
the unit running. Today we have a large parts department and an inventory
that spans 1/2 of the warehouses. Ninety-nine percent of all parts are
shipped with-in the same day.
The above picture was taken in the spring of
2002, since then the back warehouse has been expanded to double its original
size and now houses all of the larger excavators.
We've certainly come a long way from our humble
beginnings, but Compact Excavator Sales has always been focused
on you, our customer. See how the IHI mini excavator line can offer
you versatility with three styles of excavators, component dependability,
and most of all, an excellent return for your investment.

Mi-T-M Corporation was started in 1971 when A.J. Spiegel
had the foresight to recognize that a compact, portable 1000-p.s.i. gasoline
engine-powered pressure washer would sell in the painting contractor business.
A.J., a painting contractor himself, began building and selling this model
to other paint contractors and to local farmers, and soon expanded by
selling into the rental industry.
From a one-man operation in 1971 to 8 employees
in 1978, 16 employees in 1983, and over 30 in 1985, Mi-T-M has grown into
an organization that today employs more than 230 people and is a world
leader in the pressure-washer industry. Mi-T-M produces over 200 different
models of cold and hot water pressure washers, both gasoline engine- and
electric motor-powered, for distribution into the consumer, hardware,
D.I.Y., rental, paint, industrial, commercial, agricultural, distributor,
and other markets.
Mi-T-M Corporation occupies an ultramodern 260,000-square-foot building
with a complete metal fabrication facility, the latest technological powder-coating
operation, and highly efficient assembly area. The company is poised to
grow and lead the industry with innovative products and distribution.
