Prices
are subject to change without notice. Order by phone/fax/email/US Mail. All major
credit cards accepted plus money orders, business checks, wire transfers &
letters of credit. Personal checks add 10 days processing. All prices are plus
shipping and handling unless otherwise indicated. FL residents add 6% sales
tax. Allow up to 5 to 7 business days for shipping and handling on most items.
Damaged Merchandise:
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight
carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight
bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing
and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim.
We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
| | Manufactures Defects:
If a product appears to have a manufactures defect,
call our Warehouse at (954) 920-5438 for instructions. Do not return Items
to us without first calling to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned
to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization
Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written
clearly on the box.

Merchandise Policy:
Permission for any return merchandise must be
secured from our return department. For questions about returning merchandise please
use our Feedback
Form to submit a request to our Return Department. The return of non-defective
merchandise when authorized may incur a 20% re-stocking fee. No packages will
be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written on the box.

To modify
your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in
the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you
may receive any emails already in production.
To delete all of your online
account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our
site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information.
Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction
in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate
