First of all I would like to thank everyone at GCIRON for the assistance with all of my purchases.  Responses for quotes are done on a pretty good turnaround.  I only have one suggestion and that is to become more personable with communication.  Everyone there is great and helpful. But, because of your procedures it is difficult to know who you are talking to or should ask for.  Most of my communications seem to come from Frank (who is very helpful).  I know that most of your inquiries go thru generic customer service, but it just seems to remain generic from there on.  Your auto replies are more personable by addressing me by my name, whereas, personable responses are just addressed as "Sir".  I'm not really bitching, I really appreciate all of you, it was just a suggestion.
