I had to cancel this purchase after more than three months on backorder, emailed customer service every month following up but was told every time no definite eta from Genie. | GCIRON response prior to order told customer the item was backordered. Communicated each time with customer regarding part. We have had this item on backorder for 8 months before customer ordered. Suggested customer purchase a new rotator on sale, but did not want to spend the extra costs.
